Part of the Global Marketing Automation team and EMEA CRM team, designing and activating large scale regional campaigns for top tier B2B clients to drive short-term and long-term results. • Planning and activating campaigns in collaboration with cross functional colleagues, from customer first user journeys, to integrated automated programs. • Building and managing the monthly Meta for Business newsletters across EMEA (total 14 versions), working with Country Marketing Managers to ensure all content is relevant and delivered on time. • POC for mid-market projects, holding a consultative and agency-style approach to creating nurture paths for onboarding new clients; devising and implementing performance optimising measures. • Producing webinar programmes in Marketo, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages and forms, ensuring data is syncing across all webinar platforms correctly. • Providing campaign-level reporting on email, webinar and marketing automation programmes, highlighting recommendations to optimise performance. • Building segmentation and lead scoring campaigns based on demographics, account information and interactions. • Recommending and implementing A/B testing plans to understand drivers of response and value. • Ensuring data compliance with internal policies and regional regulations. • Working cross-functionally with multiple teams including Meta for Business, IG for Business, Mid-Market team, CRM team, Marketing Automation team, Vertical teams and more. • Regularly consulting with marketing stakeholders on marketing automation and email marketing best practices to drive engagement growth.
