With over 8 years at Intel, I contribute to cutting-edge CMOS process development, specializing in Gate-All-Around architecture, backside power delivery, and statistical analysis to optimize performance and yield. My work integrates technology definition, process experiments, and device characterization, ensuring alignment with industry advancements and customer-specific requirements. Leveraging expertise in semiconductor physics and statistical methods, I have facilitated the implementation of EUV back-end layers and collaborated on Intel 18A testchip design. My goal is to advance Moore\'s Law and enable transformative innovations in semiconductor technology alongside a dynamic and pioneering team.

   Played an integral role in technology definition and integrated process development for Gate-All-Around transistor architecture under Intel 18A technology- Worked in pioneering industry-first development work of backside power delivery as part of Intel\'s Pathfinding group- Worked on statistical analysis for performance, variation and yield to drive process experiments to meet technology commitments including customer specific customizations- Identified and developed key inline metrics impacting performance and yield for process development- Led device characterization and implementation for the first EUV back-end layers at Intel- Designed Intel 18A testchips and worked with design rule team, covering both front and back-end layers- Defined robust test structures and test programs to validate performance and advanced design rules, extract key device parameters and drive process modifications- Collaborated with process module and CAD groups for designing and driving experiments to meet performance and yield target goals and identified potential discrepancies in target definitions
