As DHA’s Director of Property Management, my primary responsibilities includes but not limited to the management of DHA’s $42 million real estate portfolio on numerous sites and the provision of resident services on-site. I have a combined total 15 years of experience in Property Management and Administration in the housing industry, most of which is related to HUD Assisted and Affordable Housing. This experience includes hands-on operation and management of LIHTC, Public Housing, Section 8 Housing, Conventional Housing, single-family and multifamily housing properties. I have managed a number of LIHTC properties including the related regulatory compliance activities on-site and through third party reviews of resident files. I am a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Professional, Housing Certified Credit Professional (HCCP), 504 Coordinator, RAD Certified, Multifamily Housing Specialist, UPCS (REAC) Certified, EIV/PIC Coordinator and Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM) which holds active designations in all of these areas. In addition to these professional affordable housing designations, I am also certified in Public Housing Management (PHM)
