To drive continuous improvement, I also introduced measurable quality KPIs.I regularly analyze these metrics to make strategic decisions that enhance software quality, and I share QA metrics and insights with executive leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.Furthermore, I manage performance and appraisals across the QA practice by setting clear goals and expectations and developing personalized career growth plans tailored to each team member’s strengths and aspirations.I also oversee the budgeting for the QA function to ensure optimal resource allocation. Additionally, I built observability and monitoring dashboards to track QA effectiveness across the organization, improve visibility across teams, and support data-driven decision-making.Testing in the banking and fintech domain is particularly critical due to regulatory requirements, high customer expectations, and the need for unwavering reliability. I have implemented agile and effective testing practices with a focus on shorter feedback cycles, ensuring rapid delivery without compromising quality.
