Our PMO takes on organization-wide initiatives and helps propel strategic efforts toward success. From project initiation to closure, our PMO tackles challenges, identifies opportunities, structures direction, and effectively communicates. Our projects touch all facets of Hospital operations, clinical and non-clinical areas, revenue cycle, business development, technology and systems, HR, and education - I am blessed to be part of such a talented, diverse team!
