I managed cross-functional teams of 15 Technical Advisors and steered large multicultural vendor-client teams of ~300-400 personnel to execute multimillion dollar projects. My projects lasted between few months to a year, and generated revenue between $5M and $100M. Typically, I provided expertise on two types of projects - catalyst/adsorbent overhaul and grassroot commissioning.
