About Kavya Tadakaluri

With a passion for learning, I began my leadership development journey at AIESEC, my entrepreneurial journey with The Inner Goddess Academy – a leadership development platform specially designed for women and took on several other such roles during my four years studying Computer Science Engineering. Since then, I have worked in advertising, business development, human resources, startup consulting and program + project management.It is while doing all the above that I found that my calling lies in creating impact in India’s social sector. In particular, I aim to focus on causes related to gender and sexuality rights, quality education and environmental protection.I enjoy curating programs, facilitating discussions, creating efficiency and managing people\'s experiences. I am constantly learning & reflecting on innovative ideas that can challenge the status quo.I recently completed a fellowship in Social Justice and Feminist Leadership with One Future Collective. I also hold a post-graduate certification in Social Innovation Management from Amani Institute, where I gained the knowledge and experience needed to propel my journey into the social impact sector.I aim to one day build a foundation that creates a tangible impact in India\'s social sector.

   Leading the execution of a large-scale initiative aiming to mitigate gender bias in AI — by enabling low-income women to participate in digital tasks across six Indian languages. I oversee project strategy, cross-functional coordination, donor reporting, and monitor operations. My work includes managing content delivery on the Karya app, ensuring data quality, facilitating community workshops, and maintaining funder communications through regular reports, calls, and presentations. Committed to building inclusive, ethical data ecosystems and financially empowering rural communities.
