About Kavyashree M N
With over 10 years of work experience in System Integration, Testing, and Product Support for Naval SONAR and Communication systems, I went to IIM Ahmedabad. From there, I pivoted to my current role as Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank Business Intelligence Unit in 2021. The journey from an Engineering Manager building Decision Systems for Indian Defense Forces to an Analytical Leader building solutions for Indian Banking with the 3rd largest Private Sector Bank has been an exciting one. At Bharat Electronics, being at the intersection of Technology and end users, I was part of mission critical projects for Indian Navy both off field and onboard platforms. At Axis Bank BIU, I work with Business Stakeholders from Deposits (Savings & Term Deposits) providing end to end solutions and building Analytical Products for solving complex business problems. Here again, being at the intersection of Data & Business, I am driving key business outcomes impacting both top line and bottom line of the bank.
