The goal is to enable all students across indian engineering campuses to be able to start their tech careers at Google!As an Employer Branding Trainee at BCG, I enabled HR systems across Asia-Pacific to attract and retain quality talent. As a graduate of Applied Psychology at the University of Delhi, I gained interest in Organizational Psychology and Mental Health. I want to boost candidate experience across various functions and truly enable students to land their first job seamlessly. I believe that information about employment is often gatekept in closed circles and I want to make interview prep simpler for you! In my free time, I study employer brand and marketing trends.
