ABOUT KAVYA JOSHI

I am a senior currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Operations Management and Information Systems with a minor in Data Analytics at Northern Illinois University. I chose this field because I am passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and helping organizations make better decisions through the use of technology and data. At NIU, I serve as the President of the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), where I help lead initiatives that connect students with industry professionals and real-world experiences. I am also actively involved in other organizations, including LEAD, Women in Business, and Girls Who Code, which have strengthened my leadership skills, broadened my network, and deepened my interest in technology and business. Through my academic coursework, leadership roles, and hands-on projects, I have developed a strong foundation in areas such as supply chain management, data analysis, project management, and systems integration. I am excited to continue building my skills and growing in this field as I work toward a career where I can drive operational efficiency and innovation.
