Author| Poet| Editor| Speaker| Womanist|I am the founder and editor-in-chief at Verse of Silence (founded in 2017) where I manage content curation and editing, along with handling the digital design of the literary magazine and organizing creative writing and poetry/storytelling events for the same with my team.I have 7 years of freelance editorial/ proofreading and content creation experience. I have edited over 100 manuscripts including fiction/poetry, and anthology projects. I\'ve been mentoring people on Freelance content creation, Creative writing, and Copywriting with My Captain- an Ed-Tech company for over 6 years. I have taken creative writing workshops for various publishing houses, NGOs and MNCs in India.I am a published author of 2 fiction and 2 poetry books. I have been published in various poetry anthologies including A Letter, A Poem, A Home by Airplane Poetry Movement, Ninety Seven Poems by Terribly Tiny Tales ( published by Penguin), A Map Called Home by Kitaab Singapore, and very recently The 7 Transgressions by Half Baked Beans, etc. Apart from that my writings have been featured in various online and print platforms including The Bangalore Review, Youth ki Awaaz, Out of Print Magazine, Indus Woman Writing, Thought Catalog, The Ancient Souls, etc. Received Token of Respect for contribution in the literary field by Dyal Singh College and Women Author\'s Award by She Foreword. I am among the 100 Inspiring Authors of India, 2018 by The Indian Awaaz, and received The Honourable Mention by Delhi Poetry Slam in their Free Verse Poetry Contest, 2018 for Excellence in Poetry.
