I am an HR professional with over 7 years of diverse experience across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. I believe it\'s not just the profession that defines us, but the value we bring to the people and organizations we support and that continues to guide my approach to work.In my current role, I support L&D and Talent Management initiatives for the ASEAN region, including leading the deployment of global employee surveys and driving meaningful engagement interventions. My earlier experience spans the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and statutory compliance to payroll coordination and grievance handling, anchored in creating a positive, people-centric environment.With strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships across levels and geographies, I’ve consistently collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
