Provide support and deliver specific operational processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement of Security, Derivative, Foreign Exchange and Money Market transactions executed globally, and confirm the activity is accurately recorded in the bank\'s book of records. • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.• Support change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.• Execute routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries etc. • Follow documented policies and procedures to execute day to day transactions, activities, processes and ensure all Service Level Agreements(SLAs) are met. • Organize and reconcile information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations.• Identify and analyze issues and problems, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Deal with clients directly to resolve issues and/or escalates as required.• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.• Understand the regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations and ensures appropriate actions are taken and operational integrity is maintained.• Collaborate in development/implementation of new processes/systems and changes/improvements to existing systems and processes.
