Telephonic Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp as well as W2) Conducted phone screens, interviews, and reference checks for prospective candidates. Interaction with the consultants briefing them about requirements and knowing their willingness. Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients, etc, Scheduling interviews with the client, following up with the candidates Follow up with the consultant and the client to check the post-submission status. Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level. Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their Skill Sets. Handled all the IT Technologies involving a combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies. Follow up with consultants once they are placed on assignment. Updating every detail of working daily for easy-to-access information.
