Helping - Talent meet the right opportunity and Organization to build. • Involved in recruitment lifecycle management for various roles/skills across all career stages. • Conduct intake session with the hiring manager to understand the position requirements set hiring manager expectations and gather input regarding sourcing approach. • Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to build candidate slate using direct sourcing, referrals, and additional existing and emerging channels (e.g. social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, Monster, H Careers, Indeed, Naukri.com etc.) • Handling initial round of HR Screening in order to judge candidate’s professional suitability, Attitude and communication skills. • Coordinating interviews with respective stakeholders. • Conducting mass hiring events- Arranging online tests, ensuring interview panel, collecting and sharing feedback of the candidates and communicating to them. • Work with hiring manager to discuss compensation package, level and start date to be presented to candidate. Negotiating the offers between hiring managers and candidates, assisting in the negotiation of release dates and backfill requirements. • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing effectiveness based on recruitment funnel, sourcing channel, and time to fill analysis. • Identify process improvement opportunity to strengthen and improve hiring leader as well as candidate experience.
