Being a part of a Pilot batch was pure bliss as there was tons of knowledge to gather. The scope of learning was at its peak. I have always achieved beyond the expected matrics with minimal Chargeback and consistently been one of the top performers in the team. Been the first one to escalate multiple fraud trends with keen observation. Mentored trainees and assisted them to enhance the process knowledge. Shared reports in a timely manner for the team and my mentees. Shared process development ideas which could increase productivity and quality.
