Through my career I been an active participant in working on the End to End recruitment cycle start from Client Interaction and understanding their needs, Sourcing appropriate candidate (via various portals, Job Posting, References, Social Networks, Communities, etc,), Shortlisting the profiles based on Technical and Functional Criteria, Letting the candidate to know about the opportunity and client details, Delivering the profile to client within short TAT, Scheduling the Interviews and Following up for Feedback, Tracking for Offers and Onboarding the candidate positively at the Client Place.
