About Kavitha Prabhath Raman
A career in the Human resources field is something that I have been looking at since my high school days. With time, this inclination only grew stronger thanks to which I have done multiple roles within the HR function and continue to strengthen my base here. I am currently working in the Talent Management function where I have the opporutnity to partner with multiple business units to achieve their people goals. In my previous role, I was leading the Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment function within the same organization, here I played a multifaceted role across talent recruitment, talent management, talent developement & talent branding for the talent hired through campuses. Prior to this I have done stints in the e-commerce, FMCG & the IT industry where I was working in the learning and development function and the young talent management function.
