I am a former lawyer turned seasoned people leader, guest experience and DEI specialist with over 5 years of expertise in high-stakes escalations, diversity & inclusion strategy, and cross-functional leadership at lululemon. My career has been defined by guiding teams through complexity, building inclusive cultures, and shaping processes that elevate both the employee and guest experience.As a tenured member of lululemon’s Resolutions Support Team, the highest guest-facing arm of the organization, I partner with Retail leaders like Store & Regional Managers as well as Senior Retail Directors and Directors to resolve sensitive escalations with a balance of empathy, strategy, and operational rigor. In my role as Resolutions Support Channel Lead, I oversaw daily operations, coach and mentor team members, manage SLAs and metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize efficiency and guest outcomes.Beyond operations, I’ve made IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action) central to my leadership. For now 5 years, I’ve served as an IDEA Leader, People Network Chair, and Facilitator, co-creating programs such as the Guest Support IDEA Connects Facilitator Program and contributing to DEI councils across the Guest Support and Global Digital Omni and Guest Support organisations. My work has involved advising senior leaders, developing and delivering trainings, and creating platforms for underrepresented voices, ensuring that IDEA principles are embedded in both strategy and day-to-day operations.With a foundation in law and international business, plus early entrepreneurial experience as a talent consultant, event promoter, and creative director, I bring a unique global perspective and multidisciplinary skillset. Whether navigating guest escalations, driving organizational change, or creating safer spaces for dialogue, I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and purpose.I’m passionate about building inclusive teams, solving complex problems, and leading with empathy.
