Lead account manager on integrated COVID campaigns, some of which were tied to vaccination-rate increases of up to 18%. Manage email campaigns that frequently outperform industry benchmarks (i.e, a targeted email encouraging members to close care gaps saw a 40% open rate and a 15% click-through rate; an email aimed at increasing Medicare STARS had a 60.5% open rate).
