Pursuits:• Design cost-effective solution for pursuits on the basis of input gathered from the Business Analyst. This requires to analyze the services which would be offered by Capgemini such as, resource management, resource time and budget, skills and technologies which will be involved and the services provided.• Coordinate with the key stakeholders in Capgemini and the client location.• Present the solution deck with details on each calculations done, services provided and the total effort hours derived Transition:• Coordinate with the client technical and support team to gather information of processes currently followed.• Discuss the requirement gathering document with the process analyst team and assign tasks for working on the transition.• Understand the gaps in the client process system and present the gap analysis document.• Define customized processes for Incident, Problem and Change in a process document and flowchart.
