Kavita Parmar, Pharm.D, is Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. In this current role, she manages and oversees the utilization management and clinical specialty drug management for over 2 million commercial, Individual, and Medicare members. She has accumulated a deep knowledge of drug management in managed care setting under the pharmacy and medical benefit.
