Currently taking an active approach to helping finance leaders heavily impacted by the new FRS102 lease accounting changes to understand how to stay compliant whilst maximizing efficiency.Aside from this, my focus sits within the full HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance and L&D Space;Most HR teams spend more time on day to day admin than they do on their wider HR strategy and company culture.They feel like they\'re putting more energy into mundane tasks than they on are real, human, value add activities.Many HR leaders think that that\'s just the reality of how things are - but it doesn\'t need to be that way!I work with thought leaders across the UK to assess and improve existing procedures, allowing them to spend more time on the important aspects within their company – the people who make it.
