Collaborate with the fund administrator to review quarterly financial statements and partner capital statements for two private equity fund families in the fundraising stage and the co-investment vehicles of multiple fund families. • Calculate quarterly re-balancing for funds in fundraising that have investors who subscribed during the quarter.• Prepare shadow workbooks and investigate any variances between shadow workbooks and the fund administrator’s records. • Prepare the unrealized carry waterfall calculation for quarterly reporting and the realized carry waterfall calculation for each capital distribution. • Support the capital call and distribution process by calculating capital activity amounts into and out of the funds, reviewing the investor notices, and monitoring the funds’ bank accounts for cash activity.• Prepare quarterly certificates for financial reporting and borrowing base certificates for capital activities to comply with requirements of the funds’ credit facilities. • Review quarterly expense allocations to the funds for accuracy and prepare semi-annual management fee and partnership expense capital calls.• Review fund LPAs and investor side letters for investor-specific terms to ensure that investors are being charged the correct fees.• Respond to investor requests by completing requested templates and addressing their inquiries. • Support the year-end audit by gathering requested documentation for the auditors and completing external audit confirmations.
