1. Technical Lead and Manager of Systems Engineering

   As a Technical Lead at Enphase, I drive the end-to-end technical execution of Enphase Energy Management Platforms from proof of concept to go-to-market. Notable completed programs include the Enphase IQ meter collar, third-generation Enphase PV+Storage system, and integration of third-party inverters into the Enphase ecosystem that have generated millions of dollars in revenue. I lead cross-functional engineering teams including software, firmware, hardware, mobile and web Apps for homeowners, and installer App and report technical challenges and progress to the leadership team. My focus is on ensuring alignment across involved cross functional teams, delivering high quality integrated solutions that meet system requirements according to the planned program schedule.• Managing SW and FW releases and Design Verification Test (DVT) cycles at product and system levels based on System Integration Plan as well as coordinating the quality organization testing and validation. This includes extensive use of Jira features such as different types of Jira tickets, projects, filters and dashboards.• Collaborating with the Quality organization to perform Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes to proactively reduce potential failure modes in both new and existing platforms. Additionally, working closely with the Compliance team to ensure all relevant standards and codes, including and UL standards, are met prior to product launches or the enforcement dates of new regulatory requirements.• Leading system functional testing activities, including test design, execution, and report generation to interconnection teams at PG & E, SCE, SDG & E, and other IOUs outside California. Collaborating with IOU metering teams to qualify the Enphase meter collar, ultimately resulting in its successful approval.• Hiring, training, and managing 10+ full-time systems engineers and interns.
