Selected as a fellow for the prestigious Creating Responsible Intelligent Black Brothers C.R.I.B.B 2025 Fellowship an intensive leadership and professional development program focused on empowering Black MSM communities. Through trauma informed workshops and applied learning I am deepening my expertise in HIV AIDS education social justice advocacy and culturally humble client engagement.This fellowship sharpens my skills in cognitive behavioral theory emotional intelligence and effective communication equipping me to lead initiatives that dismantle stigma and address health disparities. As part of this transformative experience I am designing and executing a community driven project that centers Black LGBTQ plus voices advancing health equity and social change.Proud to leverage this opportunity to build capacity amplify marginalized narratives and create sustainable impact within nonprofit and public health sectors.
