ABOUT KAUTHAR BASHIR

I help organisations use data to challenge systemic barriers and deliver fairer outcomes. I start by helping leaders and practitioners understand why people data requires a different approach to other data, and how to apply this across the full data lifecycle. From collection and architecture to analysis and decision-making.I then train teams to learn and adopt data allyship™ - my critical, data conscious approach that equips people to use their power, access and data skills to promote equity for marginalised communities.I deliver this through signature and bespoke workshops via The Data Ally®I\'ve worked in the data industry for nearly 10 years, across private and public sectors, specialising in people data and insights. I\'ve been consecutively hired into new roles to build analytics functions from the ground up, and develop data strategies for equality, diversity and inclusion. My mission is to disrupt ‘data as usual’ and humanise data practice. To reframe mindsets, and break both systemic and cognitive barriers to social justice. I look forward to bringing you along with me.Check out our company page and website (thedataally.com), and subscribe to my LinkedIn newsletter (The Data Issue) to learn more.
