ABOUT KAUSTUBH TIPIRNENI
I’m a supply chain and automation leader focused on driving large-scale transformation across logistics networks through robotics, data, and operational strategy. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve led initiatives delivering $15M+ in cost savings, designed and deployed automation systems (AMRs, AS/RS, GTP), and supported the growth and expansion of complex 3PL operations for global clients including Apple, Disney, etc. At Columbia Sportswear, I currently lead automation strategy, network optimization, and cross-functional programs across North America and Europe. My work spans everything from designing AutoStore systems and 3PL networks to building financial models, leading vendor selection, and presenting transformation initiatives to executive leadership. Previously at GEODIS, I worked directly with client stakeholders to drive automation deployments, lead continuous improvement programs, and support contract expansion through pricing models and network design. I also contributed to new client onboarding and solution development for organizations including The Walt Disney Company. My focus is on translating complex operational challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions, bridging engineering, operations, and business strategy to deliver measurable results.
