Hi, I’m Kaustubh Rai. I come from a background in mechanical engineering, operations, and data analysis, with a strong interest in understanding how systems, processes, and workplaces function efficiently. I’ve co-founded MIT Essentials and worked on improving logistics, coordination, and online engagement through practical, hands-on experience.My academic journey at Manipal Institute of Technology helped me build a solid foundation in engineering and problem-solving, complemented by on-site exposure at Steel Authority of India, where I worked closely with plant operations and process optimization in a real-world environment. This experience shaped the way I approach operational challenges today — by focusing on practicality, clarity, and execution.Currently, I work with Collab 24, where I’m involved in supporting companies with managed office and coworking spaces in Bengaluru. My role allows me to interact closely with startup teams and HR stakeholders, understand their workspace requirements, and help them find setups that are easy to operate and aligned with their day-to-day needs.Having worked across operations, logistics, and coordination-heavy environments, I value reliability, clear communication, and structured processes. I’m always interested in conversations around workspace operations, growing teams, and making work environments simpler and more efficient.
