Co-ordinating with Vessel Owners / Masters / Agents for the Stowage plan. Providing daily updates to all parties on vessel status / Tracking Vessels. Liaising with the Finance Team / Vessel Owners / Shippers for the vessel’s OBLs. Ensuring LOI’s are issued in a timely manner. Providing assistance to Chartering team.
