Responsible for concept design, research, and development of new solutions as well as improvement of existing designs.Designed Special Purpose Machines for pharmaceutical packaging and PET stretch blow moulding machines including BFS, FFS, deflashing, and Eurocap welding applications.Expertise in machine parts and sheet metal component design using SolidWorks, including creation of DXF flat patterns for laser cutting operations.Handled selection and integration of hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, linear motion systems (rail blocks, ball screws), and bearings.Developed Bills of Materials (BOMs) including raw material specifications, purchased components, part IDs, and costing.Coordinated closely with manufacturing and purchase teams for smooth production follow-ups.Supported machining operations (welding, milling, VMC & CNC) and provided guidance to assembly teams by preparing and defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
