Responsible for Splitting Invoice packets in Adobe Acrobat to one pdf one invoice for both PO, Non-PO, Credit notes and Proforma invoices. Responsible for uploading 250+ invoice pdf to the DICES for Invoice processing on daily basis. Responsible for IP allocation to the whole DTS team for invoice processing on daily basis. Responsible for processing 250+ invoices with 99.7% quality within TAT and 30 days payment term. Responsible for Pooling reports, QC, sharing error sheet, PO Recon weekly with manager and team on mail. Responsible for end-to-end WFM process, SOP updates, Cooperating with Accenture team for vendor payments.
