About Kaustubh Rathi

I am on a quest for knowledge. When I completed my undergrad, I asked myself what kind of career I wanted. The answer was - One where I can see my actions having a 10X impact. Subsequently, I am trying to revolve all my efforts around my answer. In 2021, I turned the internship into an FT opportunity after I proposed an expansion project to the leadership team. They loved it and asked me to lead. My idea ended up adding a $100K ARR to the business revenue. Along the journey, I learned skills like supply demand planning, optimal inventory turnover, marketing, contract negotiations, and project management. In 2023, I moved to Tigertown in USA. I am excited about the next phase of my career and currently trying to make the best of my college time. Outside of my professional life, I love playing soccer, hiking and volunteering for social causes. I am a big-time Manchester United fan.(ik, we currently aren\'t doing well, but just a matter of time, before devils bounce back) And, If you have read it all along, let’s talk.
