I am Kaushiki, an upcoming third-year Economics student at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, passionate about marketing, visual communication, and social impact. My work has consistently involved a strategic approach to use design and outreach to achieve impactful results.As Co-Founder of Project SAAHAS, a social service initiative for women and children specifically, I have contributed to ideating, designing and implementing awareness campaigns and content that cultivates safe spaces and encourages dialogue, using marketing for social impact.Being the Design Head for REACH and in various core team roles focused on media, publicity, and social media management across multiple student bodies, I have improved my skils in graphic design, video editing, and digital storytelling. I am committed to employing creative communication to engage audiences and further causes that value both innovation and community betterment.

   Led impactful community engagement in a span of 6-8 months under a 4-pillar model - Education & Personality Development, Financial Literacy, Digital Empowerment, and Health & Hygiene- Reached 400+ individuals through on-ground awareness drives with a team of 50+ students- Collaborated with 7+ organisations for online sessions, awareness drives and fundraisers- Also achieved 15K+ engagements across platforms via infographics and reels- Focused on sustainable impact, particularly empowering women and youth with essential life skills.
