I’m a results-driven Lead DevOps Engineer with over a decade of experience architecting, automating, and modernising cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure. I specialise in cloud migrations, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and building scalable, secure, and cost-optimised environments that accelerate business transformation.In my recent role, I’ve led end-to-end migration of complex AWS-hosted applications to GCP, covering every layer of the stack — from infrastructure provisioning to application deployment and observability setup.Key achievements include:Architected AWS-to-GCP migration strategy for multi-environment Python and Java applications using GKE, Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub — replacing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch with GCP-native equivalents.Built dynamic, modular Terraform frameworks for provisioning GCP resources (GKE, IAM, Secrets Manager, Firestore, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, VPC, etc.) integrated with Harness CI/CD pipelines.Containerized legacy monoliths using Docker and Helm, optimised images, and deployed them on Kubernetes with robust health probes, ingress controllers, and environment-specific Helm values.Implemented secure access and secret management using GCP Secret Manager, Workload Identity, and service account-based authentication for applications and pipelines.Resolved complex real-world challenges like ingress, internal pod networking issues, liveness/readiness probe tuning, and SQL Server connectivity via firewall/IP whitelisting ensuring production-grade reliability.Enabled DevSecOps best practices — enforcing branch synk automation, version-controlled infrastructure, and zero-manual deployment pipelines using Harness and JFrog Artifactory.Beyond technical depth, I bring a managerial and strategic mindset — bridging development, operations, and leadership teams to drive outcomes that balance speed, governance, and scalability.
