As a System Engineer, I work on supporting IT infrastructure and operations to ensure smooth business processes. My role involves handling end-user systems, troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, managing Active Directory and user accounts, and providing technical support across desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications. I also assist in system imaging, patch management, and maintaining security compliance through 2FA and other authentication methods. Additionally, I collaborate with the operations team to monitor system performance, resolve incidents within SLAs, and coordinate with project managers and onsite leads to support business continuity. My focus is on delivering reliable IT services, improving system efficiency, and ensuring end users get timely technical assistance.
