Hey there! My name is Kaushik Roy and I am a power engineer with a passion for human resources. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University and then joined Hindalco Industries Limited as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in operations. It was a great learning experience and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a reputable company. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA in HR from the prestigious IIT Kharagpur.
