I am that person. Throughout my career I have utilised my leadership, planning and financial skills to consistently improve work processes and manage time and deliver good operational results. As my resume demonstrates, I was An Associate at City Union Bank Limited where my planning skills improved with opportunity to deliver my best to customers who walk-in to the Bank. With exceptional communication ability I could generate new folds in to the bank and increase revenues and drive financial deliverables. A Process Advisor at Barclays Shared Services Private Limited with good exposure to Trade Finance operations and its support functions like document checking, handling SWIFT messages with timely completion of work items. An Officer at Standard Chartered Scope International Private Limited, where I was exposed to the Capital Markets and Securities Services support operations in Reconciliation of equities and delivering reports at the agreed SLAs which improved my time management skills along with exposures to migrating processes from onshore to offshore. With completion of MBA in Banking and Finance, my success is due and it has enabled my potential to achieve superior results.
