Work with the KYC Analysts to ensure timely completion of profiles and prioritize workload to meet objectives of the KYC team.• Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all KYC profiles that are approved and submitted by the individual in line with the productivity targets for each jurisdiction and Performance Level Agreement. • Support in updating KYC profiles in accordance with the Group Policy, obtaining documents as required and undertaking due diligence.• RecommendKYC Analysts in undertaking further due diligence where required. Refer adverse findings to SME’s. Ensure a conclusion is reached with regard to risk, additional due diligence.•Undertake reviews of extended due diligence to assess risk. Provide comments and support KYC Analysts in escalating to Compliance for agreement and approval.• Support KYC Analysts in performing research via internal and external sources, gather and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory CIP/KYC requirements.• To be the first point contact with the customer in the branch.• Provide customer service and product information.• Balance Enquiries for walk-in customers & balance confirmation certificates.• Obtain referrals from walk-in customers for Current account & Saving account and Demat.• Cross sell of all products, services and direct banking channels to walk-in customers to deepen relationships.• Account Opening – Current account & Saving account/FD.• Collection of Foreign Currency Cheques.• Report Generation & filing.• Retention and enhancement of the value of existing accounts of current account & saving account customers.
