Coordinate with Stakeholders, Users, direct clients understand requirements for the project• Based on research, create persona, scenarios, task flow.• Develop strategy to define the functional flows for the creation of easy to use UX/UI for the Application Systems• Develop design specifications, wire frames and interactive prototypes • Develop the detail visual design mocks based on the wireframe and later convert them into rich media graphics • Conduct workshops with the actual users to rectify the mocks • Define the Information architecture and flow of the Application Systems • Collaborate with technical architects, developers, QA engineers, technical writers and users for the development of the User Interfaces • Managing branding & marketing of the program of change to increase user involvement.
