About Kaushal Kumar
I am a dedicated researcher and consultant with a strong focus on gender, disability, and social justice. With academic achievements including a gold medal in Women\'s Studies and extensive experience in research and advocacy, my work centers on addressing systemic barriers and empowering marginalized communities. My expertise lies in working with women with disabilities, particularly those affected by sexual violence, and exploring how they access support and justice.
