Pay yourself first (PYF)- meaning allocate money outside of savings and investing to future yourself 2. Live below your means - meaning never spend you don’t have and even if you do have it make sure you can buy it 3 times before doing so 3. Know your debt to income ratio - meaning know how much money you are bringing in and spending monthly One of my biggest goals right now is to be a master at Financial Planning and Analysis (FP & A).
