As a passionate public health professional, I have provided direction and vision to UNFPA’s operations under Beti Bachao Beti Padao in Madhya Pradesh. My work experience includes extensive involvement in strategic planning, program coordination, partner management, government policy and program implementation, monitoring and evaluation of health and development programs in the areas of gender equity and gender-based violence. Conceptualized and implemented the successfully running campaign “Har Ghar Dastak” in districts and was acknowledged by Honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi during his address to the nation through Mann Ki Baat.I have been managing multiple workstreams, and have effectively balanced stakeholder needs and supported Nutrition, Anemia and WASH program along with Family planning and Sexual Reproductive Health under the banner of William. J. Clinton Foundation. I have been extensively involved in program design, planning implementation, qualitative and quantitative research and advocacy involving multiple stakeholders.
