Duties and Responsibilities of Product ManagerThe Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery. This role involves end-to-end project ownership, from engaging with clients to post-delivery support.Lead Management & Proposal Preparation – Engage with prospective clients, gather requirements, prepare SOW documents, estimate costs and timelines, create proposals, and convert leads into successful projects through follow-ups and presentations.Project Planning & Team Management – Define project plans, deliverables, milestones, and timelines; form teams and assign tasks based on expertise; prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and timeline documents; and ensure efficient use of tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Stripe for tracking and reporting.Project Execution & Monitoring – Conduct regular meetings with teams and clients, monitor progress, ensure on-time and high-quality task completion, act as the liaison between the client and project team, and oversee technical delivery within agreed timelines and scope.Client Relationship & Delivery – Build strong client relationships by delivering solutions that meet expectations, proactively managing risks, escalations, and dependencies, and providing regular updates and final deliverables.Post-Delivery & AMC Management – Promote AMC, assign and monitor AMC tasks, manage ongoing support, updates, and integrations, and oversee third-party projects to ensure smooth functionality.Financial Oversight – Track project budgets, ensure profitability, coordinate invoicing, and follow up with clients for timely milestone-based payments.In summary, the Product Manager ensures seamless coordination between clients and teams, delivering projects with precision, maintaining strong client relationships, and securing business continuity through support, AMC management, and financial discipline.
