Rajpreet is a seasoned professional with a unique career journey of over two decades that bridges business, leadership, and people strategy. She began her career in corporate treasury and financial services, holding strategic roles at organizations like Tata Consultancy Services, Bharti Airtel, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and State Street. During the earlier 16 years of her career, she worked extensively in corporate treasuries and banking across risk management, liquidity planning, asset-liability capital management, forex trading and treasury finance, policy, and regulatory compliance. These formative years have shaped her business acumen, stakeholder orientation, and systems-level thinking serving as foundational strengths that guided her on the entrepreneurial journey ahead.Over the years, Rajpreet transitioned her focus toward building human-centered organizations, combining business insights with expertise in talent strategy, organization development, learning architecture and inclusive leadership – partnering with organizations to address challenges around structure, capability, and culture. Currently leading Fair & Square and pursuing a PhD (HR) at XLRI Jamshedpur, she complements her experience with research and reflection.
