Key Duties: Understand the problems and goals of the investment floor, specifically the investors andPortfolio Implementation team, to accurately represent them to operational and systemsareas and ensure they are prioritised and solved appropriately. Represent the Investment Departments on projects as required. Act as \'product owner\' on specified projects for the investment teams. Work closely with Information Systems department on requirements and prioritisation. Engage with Investment staff in reviewing processes and suggesting improvements. Promote the efficient use of BG applications and the adoption of best practice. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members of the investment teams. Establish a network of contacts throughout the firm to facilitate the delivery of improvements. Providing a point of contact on analysis of live investment systems issues. Provide cover for other members of the team as required. Manage staff as defined by the organisation structure.
