As a Senior UX/UI Designer & Senior IT Project Manager, I lead the development of digital solutions by combining expertise in user-centered design and strategic project management. I have been instrumental in shaping user-centric roadmaps for key projects like Yoma Car Share and Yoma Plus, ensuring alignment between business goals and user needs.I work closely with cross-functional teams across design, development, DevOps, and QA, driving collaboration and efficiency through Agile methodologies across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). My leadership ensures seamless execution from concept to launch, with a strong focus on innovation, usability, and business impact.Key achievements include:Leading a team of 2 designers and 12 developers in the full lifecycle of app and website development.Overseeing DevOps by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for scalable infrastructure.Architecting a data lakehouse using Databricks, enhancing data analytics and decision-making capabilities.Managing comprehensive QA testing (Selenium, Appium, LambdaTest) to ensure performance and reliability.Establishing a proprietary design system to standardize workflows and improve team efficiency.I bring a balance of UX/UI design expertise and technical knowledge to deliver products that not only meet user expectations but also drive significant business growth.
