As the Office Coordinator I am responsible for contributing to the excellence of AppleOne as a professional staffing service by providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates. Another important part of my role is to support my team members in their recruiting efforts by applying documentation standards, directing phone calls, and running reports that show our progress and where we can improve. My duties include but are not limited to processing payroll, sending out and collecting onboarding documents, entering candidate information into office automation system, backing up office staff as needed, and other administrative duties.
