   As Chief of Staff to the CEO at Minty, I focus on helping the company turn strategy into execution by driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across our most important cross-functional initiatives.I partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate priorities into actionable plans, strengthen operating rhythm, and ensure teams stay aligned as work moves across Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations. My role is to help remove friction, accelerate decision-making, and improve visibility and follow-through on initiatives that require coordination across the organization.I operate at the intersection of leadership priorities, cross-functional teams, and execution—helping ensure the company initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.
