About Katy Moeggenberg

Katy Moeggenberg is the NA Hair eBusiness Leader for Procter & Gamble. In this role, Katy leads the digital/eCommerce strategies for large brands such as Pantene and Head & Shoulders, in addition to advising on new brand launches. She is responsible for eCommerce sales, website strategy and activation, data & analytics across the digital/eCommerce ecosystem and more. Katy also leads the Global Marketing Technologist organization of 100+ technologists embedded in P&G’s brands. In this role, she directs career and assignment planning for the large global organization, in addition to training and capability building. Enabled by Katy’s leadership, P&G recently won an award from an accredited industry organization for their Marketing Technologist training efforts. Katy joined P&G in 2004 where she served in a number of roles as an embedded Marketing Technologist across global businesses. Her innovative work has resulted in 3 US patents. Katy lives in Cincinnati with her husband, where they own a small fitness studio.
